These terms apply when you use manukalatte.com or buy Manukalatte coffee. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

We sell 100% Arabica whole bean coffee in 12 oz (340 g) bags. A single bag is $95. Manukalatte Trio (one bag each of Citrus, Lemon and Pralines) is $265. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is $9.95 per delivery except Manukalatte Trio, which ships free. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We may change prices; any change applies only to orders placed after it, and subscribers get at least 14 days' notice by email.

Orders and payment

Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is unavailable, a price was clearly listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically every 4 weeks until you cancel. The full rules are in our subscription terms.

Food information

Our coffee is 100% Arabica whole beans with nothing added. It contains caffeine. Flavors are produced in a facility that may also handle tree nuts and milk. If you have an allergy, contact us before ordering.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access systems you are not permitted to, or copy our photography, videos or text without permission. All content belongs to Manukalatte.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
