Where we ship

Anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses.

Cost

• Manukalatte Trio: free shipping, every delivery.
• Everything else: $9.95 per delivery, subscription or one-time.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Timing

Orders ship from our US fulfillment partner. Most deliveries arrive 3 to 7 business days after you order. You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, email hello@manukalatte.com within 14 days of delivery with your order email and a photo if there is damage. We will reship it or refund it.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we will reship it once you confirm the right address; reshipping may cost the standard shipping rate.
