Subscription terms

What you agree to

When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method every 4 weeks for the coffee you chose, at the price shown at checkout ($95 per bag or $265 for Manukalatte Trio), plus $9.95 shipping per delivery (Manukalatte Trio ships free) and sales tax where it applies.

When you are charged

Your first charge happens at checkout. Each renewal is charged 4 weeks after the previous one, and your coffee ships from our US fulfillment partner soon after.

Skip, swap, pause or cancel

Manage everything from the Manage subscription page. You sign in with the email you ordered with and a one-time code. You can cancel at any time; to stop the next shipment, cancel before its renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges and does not refund past orders, except under our 30-day guarantee.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we will retry it and email you. If it still fails, the subscription is paused until you update your card.

Price changes

We will email you at least 14 days before any price change takes effect on your subscription. You can cancel before then.
