This policy explains what we collect when you visit manukalatte.com or buy from us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and what you bought.
- Payment details: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card, never the full number.
- Email list: your email address if you join our list in the footer.
- Technical data: basic request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and to keep the site running.
- Preferences on your device: your light or dark mode choice and your cart, stored in your browser only.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, run your subscription, send order and shipping updates, answer your messages, prevent fraud, and, if you joined our list, send brew recipes and news about flavors. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop: our payment processor, our hosting provider and the carriers that deliver your order. Each receives only what it needs for that job.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment provider sets the cookies it needs to run checkout securely.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting. List emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Request logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to leave our email list, by writing to hello@manukalatte.com. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We will answer within 30 days.
Children
Our shop is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to customers.
